We are a Class A licensed contractor with expertise in heating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and gas line installation.

Though we are a new business, we have long roots in Hampton Roads. Tim Haley opened Waypoint Mechanical in April of 2020, but he has a long history in the region with more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. If you are looking for an HVAC contractor with big business capabilities but small business values, Waypoint Mechanical is the right choice for you.

While opening a new business in the middle of a pandemic was challenging, Tim knew that Hampton Roads needed the type of service that he can offer – reliable, competent, quality work that puts the customer first.

His vision came to life, and Tim’s long-established and loyal customer base has already made Waypoint Mechanical Service a success. Tim’s outstanding skills and reputation give customers confidence in their decision to choose him and his team for all of their heating, cooling, plumbing, and gas line installation and maintenance needs.

Tim’s son, Charlie, works with him at Waypoint Mechanical Service, and they both take pride in the family business.

Though the business keeps him busy, Tim enjoys spending his spare time with his children and grandchildren, as well as hunting, fishing, boating, and almost anything that involves being outdoors.
